No matter what is happening in your life right now — the hard days, the uncertain ones, the ones that feel like too much — there is something underneath all of it that cannot be touched. If we pay attention.
You are not just a person moving through time. You are ancient - you truly are. You are made of the same stuff as stars, carrying wisdom encoded long before you arrived in this body. You have been traveling toward this moment for longer than any of us can fathom - feel that - really feel that.
This is the invitation: to rest, just for a moment, in the awareness of what you actually are. Not what you’ve done or haven’t done. Not what you’re afraid of or hoping for. Just what you are — which is love, in motion, blooming, becoming - and that is why I made this spontaneous poem for us today.
No matter what is in front of you today, you belong to something vast and beautiful. Just look at the image of earth from space and realize how unlikely it is that you are even here. I wish we could share a cuppa tea, but for now, I offer this poem and painting instead.

E=mc2E+Love
Encoded with the Galaxies
You have been traveling toward this moment
for billions of years.
Oxygen, hydrogen,
and the mother of all pleasure
gathered together
to create the supernova which you are.
We think this life is
so temporary or somehow
that we’re running out of time.
But time is a construct.
And you just go on and on.
Your skin suit,
temporarily enclosing your stardust bones,
will dissolve.
You will cross over the veil.
and become energy again.
You are stardust,
which approximately equals energy,
equals matter at the speed of light,
plus love approximately equals stardust.
You, Beloved One, have been traveling here
for time beyond time beyond time.
and will continue.
You are ever always in motion, blooming,
becoming a consciousness emerging in real time.
What is real time anyway?
It becomes available when
your awareness of what is … just is!
It’s not that the wandering and the wandering ceases
it is that the Becoming amplifies.
The intentional creativity becomes intentional chemistry,
becomes an infinite possibility.
Your skin suit encloses a blooming identity
connected with an ancient soul.
Your innate wisdom
is literally encoded with the galaxies.
