in our culture, I have witnessed, experienced personally and professionally the effects of un-healed trauma be used as a shield/badge to protect against 'change.' This is the epidemic in our todays world/Society/culture.....,
there are very few hands on modalities, technologies healing methods that are designed and are able to by pass our unconscious hurts enough to allow them, at the same time to be touched, healed... observed enough.... just a little light into a hurt/wound has the power to illuminates ~ eliminate. These moments happen in nano time (unconscious to conscious) bringing the hurt to complete wholeness, and without re-injuring or/and over processing the experience. It just becomes an is.

IC for me is like a conversation between my soul and The Spirit with my mind meddling in every way possible. Some times is more like an argument 🙈🤭
