i have looked in a lot of places,
peeked into lots of rooms,
went so far as to get braces
based on things one might assume.
everything had sparkness
nuggets, even jewels to be had
but few acknowledged darkness
as anything but bad.
intentional creativity
speaks to the place resides in me
that's interested in cosmic nativity
and what it has to do with thee
and i and all of us
connection in community
at work, at home, or on the bus
my eyes hold yours and yours do me.
(i know, needs some work.... and yet....)
