Hello Community,

I am just coming by today to share with you a perspective on how to design your own experience. There are lots of stories, and spiritual meanings and at the same time, what is your own story and meaning?

What are you present to? I will share a little about how to design a simple ritual - and then guide you in a meditation to become present in the moment with coherence and your senses. You could listen during, or in advance if you have time - or after. The energies are present days before and days after.

I am inviting you into ‘oracular hypbervigilance’ - such that you can really tune in as a being between earth and sky.

However you experience the day, do it with Love at the Center! I have a day full of appointments with incredible women who applied for Animsytica - and that is total joy. I will go outside in the in betweens and soak up the majesty of the heavens from our perspective here on earth.

My comment about ‘at least in the United States’ I mean that it is the Solar Eclipse that is one of the most present across so many different locations.

Sending a cheers to my friends who are around the world watching it in real time in the Path of Totality.
