Wow. Spot on. I’ve been noticing this shift in myself and my sessions with clients after burning out from over-giving. Now, instead of me having to go within them and see and feel what is happening on my own, I’ve been led to ask my clients to venture into those places with myself as a guide and anchor and to explore what they find within themselves.

This not only saves me energy, but it also gives them an authentic experience of their own pain and inner selves, which deepens their connection and understanding to and with themselves and their parts, as well as introducing them to elements of Spirit they did not see or comprehend before.

Yes this shift is necessary. And timely. Thank you for this Shiloh ❤️

Thank you dearest Shiloh. I have been percolating similar wonderings. I am questioning my body, inquiring my bones and organs, asking my very cells and listening. This is important work and cannot be done alone. I am grateful for your wisdom keeping, gathering and sharing. 💛
