Remembering who you are this lifetime, this time right now, is a conscious act of loving rebellion. Rebellion against the enforced sleepiness where people don't know who they are and what they care about, And what it is they're called to do this lifetime.

Re-membering is not a mental construct.

Just allowing data streams to come in about what you think you know, that's part of it. But we can get stuck there. Re-membering is more like an integration of what's possible for us in our lives. In our work, that which we affectionately call Intentional Creativity, which is literally how we live our lives, whether we're aware of it or not, we're all creating all the time and we're all intentionally creating all the time, even in the most mundane. But Intentional Creativity and the way that we work with it invites us to become highly conscious about the frequency of our intention as we createl. We createthrough energy and wave into particle and matter at the speed of light.

Invitation to our Ancestral teaching about Codes that you carry

For today, the invitation is to connect with our vision for remembering that we hold within our community. It's a vision for remembering inspired by our art ancestor, Sue Hoya Sellers, the amazing artist and philosopher who has shaped my entire life. Sue said something like this:

We all come in with sacred codes. Codes that are living potentials for our lives. Like genes, we could turn them on to be expressed or not. It isn't like destiny where it's just fixed, what's going to happen. And not even like karma, where you're paying for some past life or reaping some reward for who you were before. Not exactly like those. So maybe for now, just put those aside, as an exercise in exploring that your potentials are rooted in who you are. You don't need to earn them or deserve your codes, but they need to be expressed in a life lived, embodied, because we are embodied at this time.

When we only allow remembering to happen at a mental construct level, meaning thought without action, thinking without doing, perceiving without integrating, then the capacity for us to remember more is hindered. Because we are embodied at this time and because our Souls are taking up residence in this identity shaped as you, this cooling sack of stars.

It is essential that you live out the re-membering in form, meaning in your day-to-day life, in your relationships, in your walks in nature, in your relationship with your plants and your pets and the human living beings in your sphere.

Living Your Codes Consciously

As information comes through, you begin to live it. This is your codes from the greater codex. In our philosophy these potentials exist, but will not activate without expression and I would add authentic expression, because we can be expressing and emoting all the time intending to but not really holding the frequency of love which allows for the potentials to come through. Like surfing through on pure beauty and bliss.

How Intentional Creativity works with Re-Membering

Here in our community, we do this mostly when we're painting and drawing. I don't believe it is essential to do it through painting and drawing, obviously, because lots of people access remembering without it.

When we paint, specifically, and some versions of drawings, We're connected with what you could think of as a higher consciousness or an oversoul or the most you-you.

What is the name for your Higher Self that works for you - use that one

Whatever terminology works within your framework for higher self - use that. Sue actually called her as her Guardian Angel, but I think it's different than... what we think of as a guardian angel in spiritual terms. Sometimes she used to spell it Guardian Angle, A-N-G-L-E, which seems more likely because she's on a trajectory, a frequency of receiving information.

How she did it, we can do it too, the listening and the overcoming

Sue would paint, and pay attention to the end of her brush and listen. And what she heard was not like channeled material from a disembodied being. It was as if she was making a direct connection with the most powerful, full, embodied part of herself. Not an abstraction as thought only, but actually as embodied as the paintbrush moved. and her eyes beheld the change of what was being revealed, the code on the canvas. The eyes perceived, the brain believed, the heart received, and a circuit got created with her highest level intelligence.

Growing up as she did in extreme poverty, being trapped in a high chair so long her legs had trouble developing, going into abusive foster homes, a mother who brought many men home, being abandoned, and eventually rescued by the artist known as Lenore Thomas Strauss as a teenager. So she could develop her art, her mind, her philosophy, her approach. She overcame so much, and she said she did it through painting, through time at the canvas. Through allowing the part of her that actually holds the higher intelligence to come through her.

Firing and Re-wiring by CHOICE and Action

Re-memembering came through the tip of a paintbrush as she consciously fired and rewired her brain while activating conscious synaptic junctions in her hands and arms as she learned to receive. As information traveled through the heart to her entire cellular structure. She began to know and see things which she brought into her work. And one of the primary things she taught was how the artist becomes conscious through their art.

Art not merely as a way to keep track of the data in our mind or in the painting, but as a medium, as a conduit to receive. In our local community, one of our incredible members, Rose Wagnum Francis, helped us develop Sue's idea into a simple phrase. Combining Rose's wisdom and Sue's wisdom, we came up with this:

With our feet on the good red earth, and our head in the stars, and our hands in the mediums, we create.

The mediums of painting, of drawing, of writing, of kneading bread, of digging in the dirt and planting seeds. The mediums. The physical matter-based mediums, the drumming, the singing, the gathering, the tending, the making beauty, all of it is medium, a medium in matter where ideas get expressed.

The Mediums open access to embodied remembering

So there's a way when our hands are engaged in matter and our bodies are engaged in movement and our brain is connected to the greater brain into the consciousness. That we can be in a place of Re-membering who we are in an embodied conscious state, intentionally creating, bringing the information through that is available, activating the codes within us that are available, that are ready, it is a beautiful thing.

Moderating Access is helpful through the limitation of the brush

Painting as a medium to recieve also helps moderate the flow of information and code. So instead of getting your mind blown because too much is coming through and you cannot integrate it. You're able to integrate, because only so much can come through the brush at a time. So the brush is also serving as a moderator of how much information can come through that is appropriate and can be relevantly integrated into the life that you are intentionally choosing to live.

Is Re-Membering the Point?

Many high beings living today believe that remembering is the point. I don't know if that's the point or actually just a point of access. It makes me wonder if it's the point because it seems like if it was the point of this life, more of us would be remembering that and having greater access.

Concerned about our evolution

Which leads me to think about one of my biggest concerns regarding evolution is there's a part of our heart and our brain that needs to be evolved and I believe it works best when our hands are engaged so that heart-brain-hand connection, there's a part of us that is not gaining access to a consciousness which I can only describe as a both/and. It's more than ability to see all sides. It's a capacity to be in all sides. A capacity to see disparate views with a level of compassion. It's a kind of consciousness that I see begin to develop in the work that we're doing with Intentional Creativity.

It's the one I want us to develop the most, but it's also elusive. People move in and out of this expanded way of being able to hold where we are and view other people in the current paradigm. But it's something that becomes available as we put our hands into the medium.

I am inviting you to listen to your codes today - try this

So the invitation for you to connect with a higher version of yourself or your guardian or your oversoul, again, whatever you choose to call it. I don't know what to call it right now.

The invitation today to re-member is to go to the page or go to the dance floor or go to the drum or go to the garden or go to the canvas. Whatever canvas you're working on. Set the brush onto the canvas and listen.

When you begin at the canvas, tt first there's distraction and the critic and other things that start to come, but the longer you stay there the purer the frequency and the connection becomes and every time you bring your consciousness back to the tip of the brush and you listen, it is a victory every time!

Try for a few minutes at a time. Have a pen and paper nearby and write down what you see or hear or turn on your audio and just begin to speak and see what comes up as wisdom. I wouldn't do the audio speaking thing until you're about 20 minutes into painting so that your heart-brain-hand coherence is amplified and the flow is increased. Just seek wisdom for yourself today. See what comes through. When the higher wisdom comes through, it has a particular frequency. You recognize it and can almost integrate it immediately.

Don't stay too long or take too much at once. You need to develop the somatic capacity, the somatic architecture to receive more information. Self-expression is the key to the capacity to integrate the energy into matter at the speed of light. You are in essence standing on the equal sign, viewing wave becoming particle, and viewing particle become wave. When you witness the paintbrush moving on the canvas, you are watching co-creation happen, and it's creating matter at the speed of light as your thought becomes material onto the canvas. You can actually see the image, imagination, is becoming image, activating the magi, the magic within.

Then as you emotionally perceive and receive what it is you're viewing, it returns to energy and thought through the somatic emotional state. Thoughts then arise based on how your body feels. This is intentional chemistry and intentional witnessing of chemistry. And as soon as you witness your chemistry in your body, it changes instantly.

Turn on your Observer

Become a witness of yourself today. Turn on the observer. This is a witness, witness universe. When you look at a flower, the flower looks at you. When you look at a star, the star... recognizes you. It cannot be otherwise. This is the frequency of the universe. Because we are all connected. We are all conscious.

The question is how much more connected could we be and how much more conscious can we be? How can we amplify this so that we can become more conscious and more compassionate and more caring and guide others toward their own awakening to the next level that's available and right for them?

Always the right next step…

So I don't know if remembering in the actual term to “re-member “one's self limb by limb, thought by thought is the point. But I do know becoming more conscious in your heart-brain-hands coherence relationship is always, always a right next step for anyone curious about the journey of becoming
