While i am sure you have noticed this, i will nonetheless point it out in case i am mistaken: the info around the only full loop in (the middle of) the diagram appears to be backwards given how the loop seems to go under itself at the top, which makes sense from the flow of the line. If the dates are reversed from right to left, it will make more sense.
i like that it is loopy as opposed to linear, as so many representations of this kind of historical data are. As a basic map, it is a great starting point for more info to be added later. At that point, the very end of this map will have to have one of those squares or circles around it and then be enlarged to accommodate the most recent events, thoughts and other information.
This is a great exercise to do as regards one's own life- when i did it in 1983 it set me on a path of self discovery that continues to blow through me. Seeing my past laid out (mine WAS linear) was a definitive call to self-exploration & eventual integration that has continued to this day. Thank you for all you do to encourage others!
