Hello Dear Ones,

Today I am sharing with you a healing meditation that we have been working with in our community since 2020. We offer it in different ways at different times with different focuses.

What I’ve shared with you today is a brief experience of the power of this meditation followed by an explanation, and how you can work with it to gain access to the one within who is telling your story to you through you.

Make sure you have at least a half an hour and a comfy place to sit or lay down as you practice. Only do what works for you and make it your own! This is a template not a formula. Blessings to each of you.
