Dear Ones,
This content of this Teaching Meditation is one of the most essential offerings of so many traditions and cultures: Connect Spirit and Body. Here at the Cura Council we add our own flavor to the idea of spirit and body being connected in the space of soul, but it isn’t new and doesn’t belong to us.
Yet if I had to pick just one teaching of all time to share - the idea of the spirit and body connection in the Soul Space, is it! Creativity, and especially Intentional Creativity is THE WAY spirit and body can find self expression in matter. Which offers us an opportunity to shape our destiny. Destiny is not destined to happen, we have to say yes in order to activate what’s possible for ourselves.
I hope this teaching resonates with you and offers you some perspective for being at cause in the shaping of your own identity.
